This metal face sealing solution allows higher flange lift-off, a lower bolt force requirement and is highly pressure activated.
Metal face E-Seals are engineered to operate in applications that require light loading, flexibility, and high temperature capability. The seals operate primarily within the elastic limits of the material.
Metal Turbo Seals
Metal turbo seals have been engineered to be used in applications that require light loading, flexibility, and high temperature capability. They can be energized by a spring to enhance the sealing performances of the seal.
Metal Fitting Seals
This special design seal is also known as a boss seal and is our solution for the hydraulic standard AS5202, which has the best leakage rate and an ease of installation on the fitting.
With 45 years of experience with injection molding diaphragms and PTFE pump components, we have earned the trust of many top OEM for Air Operated Diaphragm (AOD) pump manufacturers. These critical parts are abrasion resistant, offer low friction and wear, and are compatible with a broad range of chemicals in operating temperatures ranging from -240°C to +280°C (-400°F to +536°F).
Our valve diaphragms are manufactured in-house with a special tooling design in a Class 10000 clean room environment. With our expertise in the molding manufacturing process, our solutions are made with precision and mechanical integrity versus traditional hot formed processes. As a result of meticulous lot traceability and detailed testing protocol, our customers are assured that their valves diaphragm solutions will be durable and reliable.
Omniseal® Rotary Lip Seals
Rotary Shaft Seals with Polymer Lips
Omniseal® polymer rotary lip seals were introduced in the early 1970s designed to bridge the gap between conventional elastomer lip seals and mechanical face seals. Also known as rotary shaft seals and made with a metal casing, the seal can be manufactured from a variety of materials for PTFE and PTFE-blended sealing elements. They perform well in hostile environments with extreme temperatures, aggressive media, high surface speeds, high pressure or lack of lubrication.
Omniseal Solutions™ offers a complete range of polymer bearings, which are an excellent solution to reduce weight, eliminate lubrication, and minimize maintenance. Bearings are viable, cost-effective alternatives to metal or ball bearings. They provide better vibration dampening, are corrosion-free, lightweight, and self-lubricating.
Omniseal® Metal Face Seals
Metal Seals For Internal & External Pressure
We offer a complete range of metal face sealing solutions in today's competitive and challenging marketplace with our high flexibility and strong engineering expertise. Metal face seals are an excellent choice when you need very high temperature and pressure resistance and at the same time, require the best leakage rate.
Omniseal® Metal Axial Seals
Metal Seals For Radial Pressure
Patented lip seals and comma seals can handle limited motions in your systems. Metal axial seals are different from metal face seals due to the top and bottom of the seal's cross-section being squeezed. They are an excellent choice to replace low friction hydraulic seals and standard O-Rings. Axial seals in particular have higher contact load compared to rubber O-Rings and will also have higher frictional drag.
Omniseal® Metal Special Designs
Other Metal Sealing Solutions
Our metal special design seals are designed and manufactured to precision thanks to additional manufacturing capabilities developed for customer projects and needs. Our metal special design seals are an excellent choice to replace low friction hydraulic seals and standard O-Rings.
Omniseal® Piston Rings
Polymer Rings For Piston Sealing
Our Omniseal® piston rings are an excellent choice for applications that require low friction and low wear. Our piston rings have proven good performance in medium to high pressure rotary applications. There is a worldwide engineering support to solve your most challenging and demanding applications.
Other Omniseal® Polymer Components
Custom components made from tailor-made materials
Omniseal Solutions™ has diversified its expertise in processing polymer materials to allow for any problem to be solved. Whether the application requires the design to solve corrosion issues, chemical compatibility, lubrication-free, electrical insulation improvement, or any other issue, the design starts with choosing the right material.
400 Spring-Energized Seals
This polymer seal has a cantilever spring design and is used in dynamic applications, providing good friction and leakage control at moderate pressures and temperatures. The sealing solution features a PTFE jacket energized by a corrosion resistant, v-shaped spring (jacket designed with a flange on the ends).
103 Spring-Energized Seals
These polymer seals have a ribbon spring design and are used for static/low speed applications, providing excellent leakage control at high pressure and low temperature. This sealing solution features a polymer jacket whose special shape retains the energizer spring inside the jacket cavity.
