Omniseal^® 10 rotary lip seals are economical designs employed in a wide range of applications. They are used in lubricated and non-lubricated environments. 

Omniseal^® 20 lip seals are modifications of the Omniseal^® 10 seal design. This sealing solution offers longer life and improved sealing of gases and abrasive media due to their higher lip load. They also offer additional runout capability. They can operate at speeds and pressure as noted for the Omniseal^® 10 lip seal.

Omniseal^® 30 and 40 lip seals incorporate a threaded sealing lip, which pumps the media away from the seal. These designs should only be used in lubricating media. These solutions offer long life and positive sealing at given PV limits.

Omniseal^® 50 rotary lip seals offer low torque and long life. Due to their light lip loading, these designs should not be used where a leak-tight seal is required. They are an excellent environmental seal. 

Omniseal^® 70, 80 and 90 lip seals offer double lip designs that are used in high pressure and speed applications. This sealing solution has an option of having a primary threaded primary lip with a standard secondary sealing lip for lubricated condition.

Comma axial seals used for shaft sealing and bore sealing are a further development of the axial C-Seal. The elastic recovery in radial direction is still limited, yet the leakage over the outer diameter in the case of a Comma seal is well controlled by the seating load generated by the compression of the ring part of the design.

Metal face C-Seals help overcome both heat and pressure pulsating sealing challenges. The key to the seal's superior performance is the high springback characteristic due to the C-shaped construction. These highly resilient seals can be used for internal, external, and axial pressures under extreme conditions that preclude the use of gaskets made of organic materials. 

This face seal is designed with a spring-energizer in a C-Seal jacket, which is a self-pressure, activated design to provide an effective metal-to-metal leak proof solution. The proper combination of the base materials and surface coatings make it possible to seal almost any fluid at extreme temperatures and pressures without deterioration of the seal over extended periods of time. 

Omniseal^® 60 lip seals incorporate spring loading, which improves sealing where shaft runout or bore/shaft misalignment exist. These designs offer positive sealing during long-term storage.

The metal axial lip seal is a patented design for use in high and low pressure as well as high and low temperature dynamic applications. This sealing solution provides excellent performance in thermal expansion applications or limited rotational or reciprocating applications.
