Omniseal® Rotary Lip Seals
Rotary Shaft Seals with Polymer Lips
Omniseal® polymer rotary lip seals were introduced in the early 1970s designed to bridge the gap between conventional elastomer lip seals and mechanical face seals. Also known as rotary shaft seals and made with a metal casing, the seal can be manufactured from a variety of materials for PTFE and PTFE-blended sealing elements. They perform well in hostile environments with extreme temperatures, aggressive media, high surface speeds, high pressure or lack of lubrication.
-60°C to +230°C
(-75°F to +450°F)
up to 34 bar (500 psi)
35 m/s, up to 100m/sec for special designs

Omniseal® Bearings
Polymer Bearings
Omniseal Solutions™ offers a complete range of polymer bearings, which are an excellent solution to reduce weight, eliminate lubrication, and minimize maintenance. Bearings are viable, cost-effective alternatives to metal or ball bearings. They provide better vibration dampening, are corrosion-free, lightweight, and self-lubricating.

Omniseal® Metal Face Seals
Metal Seals For Internal & External Pressure
We offer a complete range of metal face sealing solutions in today's competitive and challenging marketplace with our high flexibility and strong engineering expertise. Metal face seals are an excellent choice when you need very high temperature and pressure resistance and at the same time, require the best leakage rate.
-250°C to +1100°C
(-423°F to +2000°F)
vacuum to 100,000 PSI
Static
up to 150 N/mm

Omniseal® Metal Axial Seals
Metal Seals For Radial Pressure
Patented lip seals and comma seals can handle limited motions in your systems. Metal axial seals are different from metal face seals due to the top and bottom of the seal's cross-section being squeezed. They are an excellent choice to replace low friction hydraulic seals and standard O-Rings. Axial seals in particular have higher contact load compared to rubber O-Rings and will also have higher frictional drag.
-250°C to +1100°C
(-423°F to +2000°F)
vacuum to 100,000 psi (6894 bar)
Slow speed - thermal expansion and limited rotation or translation

Omniseal® Metal Special Designs
Other Metal Sealing Solutions
Our metal special design seals are designed and manufactured to precision thanks to additional manufacturing capabilities developed for customer projects and needs. Our metal special design seals are an excellent choice to replace low friction hydraulic seals and standard O-Rings.
