Omniseal®
Metal Machined Seals
Machined seals are excellent metal seal solutions for high pressure and high load environments but are different from formed metal seal solutions in that they do not require additional tooling to be manufactured, which saves our customers time and cost. In addition, with our flexible capabilities and expertise to understand your machined metal seal requests, we can provide you the best resistant metal seal solution - from aluminium to complex nickel alloys.

Omniseal®
Metal Segmented & Shaped Seals
Our metal segmented seals include standard E-Seals, V-Seals and multi-convolution E-Seals. Size is a determining factor for number of segments needed; customers typically use two to eight segments but the seals can be customized to requirements. With seals that have large diameters such as those used in power generation applications (in shroud and turbine sections), when segmented, customers can reduce shipping costs. This design also allows our team to make higher deflection profiles. Many segmented seals use our proprietary NCCM coating to help with wear.

Omniseal®
Metal Aluminium Spring-Energized Seals
Our aluminium spring-energized seals are standard spring-energized C-Seals with an additional aluminium jacket and soft layer to guarantee the best possible leakage tightness for any kind of surface finish.
-196°C to +250°C (-320°F to +482°F)
vacuum to atm
200 to 240 N/mm

Omniseal® Spring-Energized Seals
Polymer Seals with Metal Springs
Omniseal® spring-energized seals are composed of two precision parts: a PTFE or polymer jacket and a corrosion-resistant, metal energizer spring. With an unlimited shelf-life compared to conventional seals, the seals provide improved performance over soft elastomeric seals and hard metal gaskets that typically fail.

Omniseal® Diaphragms
Fluropolymer Diaphragms For Valves & Pumps
Omniseal® diaphragms are designed to offer long life time in the harshest environment; therefore, only high-performance materials are used in order to provide an excellent compromise between chemical compatibility and mechanical properties: Fluoroloy® 01 (Virgin PTFE) and Fluoroloy® 02 (Modified PTFE).
from -240°C to +280°C (-400°F to +536°F), temperature is dependent on materials selected in design phase of pump or valve diaphragm
145 psi (10 bar) maximum for pump & valve diaphragm
High speed & frequency (pump)
Low speed & frequency for closing and opening (valve)
