More than a decade ago, Omniseal Solutions introduced simulation services into their portfolio of engineering activities. This was done by engaging high level of resources and collaborating closely with customers. By merging sealing solutions expertise with numerical simulation capabilities, a brand new approach was created, allowing the company to offer support from the very beginning of a new project to the validation of the solution in the customer's application. When you factor in the ability to engage in technical dialog with technical experts at the customers, this service brings a new dimension to the co-development and collaborative partnership model.
Co-development and tailor-made solutions do not necessarily translate to a long development processes and even longer delivery times. When speed is also the solution to help and support a customer, we have the possibility to offer different levels of service in sample & prototype delivery, with very short lead times.
Investing in testing capabilities has been year over year, a continuous effort of Omniseal Solutions. As an independent expert to test and validate the different steps of our co-development model is a sine qua non condition for reaching the desired level of reactivity and expertise. With dedicated R&D locations and in-house testing facilities at most of the manufacturing locations, is it any wonder that customers rely on the quality validation services?
In order to get the full value of a component / material solution from Omniseal Solutions, the part or prototype needs to be carefully installed in its intended application. Every effort is made to make the installation of a seal an easy step for the customer and a potential source of savings. By eliminating all risk to the quality and integrity of the seal and reducing the time allocated to the mounting of the part, the potential for customer satisfaction increases exponentially. This important step is taken in account at the very beginning of the project, even prior to the seal design while experimenting with different solutions, from the simple tutorial to the design of a specific tool or a specific training session that will allow the customer to get the full benefit of their solution.
