Research & Development Centers

With 7 locations around the globe, and expertise in polymer chemistry and science, material science, chemical engineering, and mechanical engineering the Omniseal Solutions Research & Development teams are in a strong position to support the manufacturing and engineering teams. In addition, the teams routinely collaborate with customers to develop new application testing regimes. This combination of application testing plus sealing expertise prevents a trial and error approach, and saves testing time at the customer premises.

Some capabilities of the R&D teams include: Tribology testing, high radial speed testing, simulation and modeling, static and dynamic FEA simulations, high pressure testing, cryogenic testing, HPLC testing, and compressor testing.
