Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pump

Industrial Low Coefficient of Friction

Most businesses rely on Air Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) pumps as they tend to be general workhorse devices that are used in transfer applications. They are used in a wide range of industries to handle different materials such as chemicals, crude oil, mining, food, beverage, paints and many more. These pumps use reciprocating diaphragms to pump fluid. Since AODD pumps are essentially leak-free, having only stationary seals between the wetted parts and outside environment, leakage can only occur if the diaphragms fail.

A pump’s lifetime performance is very critical since customers expect higher productivity while reducing energy consumption and maintenance; therefore, diaphragms used in the pump should be reliable and never fail.

Silver Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump

Our custom, Omniseal® diaphragm solution provides a high cycle life due to its PTFE material, which lasts longer than diaphragms made from other materials such as elastomers. PTFE material is ideal in all chemical-handling applications across many industries. We offer complete in-house tooling design and fabrication, advanced machining techniques, and compression molding capabilities to design a precise fit solution.

To keep up with general workhorse devices that are running continuously in transfer applications, you need an equally hard at work diaphragm solution!

  • High flexibility and life

  • Low maintenance

  • Clean room production for high purity applications
