Omniseal® Diaphragms are polymer seals—molded for valves or thermoformed for pumps—made from Virgin PTFE or Modified PTFE. They offer high chemical resistance, mechanical strength, and precise integration with customer hardware.
Our Omniseal® diaphragms are designed to provide a long lifetime in the harshest environments; therefore, we only use materials that offer an excellent compromise between chemical compatibility and mechanical properties: Virgin PTFE and Modified PTFE materials.
Our Omniseal® diaphragms are molded to the final shape for valves diaphragms or thermoformed (TFM) for the pump diaphragms. In both cases, solutions are designed to fit the customer's hardware to ensure easy assembly and integration. They are designed for both low and high pressures.

Omniseal® Diaphragms are polymer seals—molded for valves or thermoformed for pumps—made from Virgin PTFE or Modified PTFE. They offer high chemical resistance, mechanical strength, and precise integration with customer hardware.
Omniseal® Diaphragms offer abrasion resistance, low friction and wear, and a broad temperature range from –240 °C to +280 °C (–400 °F to +536 °F), depending on material and design. Some also hold FDA compliancy and USP class VI certifications.
Omniseal® Diaphragms are utilized in industries such as industrial processing, life sciences, semiconductor fabrication, and nuclear research, delivering reliable valve and pump sealing in demanding environments.
Yes. Omniseal® offers pump diaphragms (TFM-based, thermoformed, abrasion- and low-friction resistant, high-frequency capable, tailored for hardware) and valve diaphragms (injection-molded in Class‑10000 cleanroom, with precision tooling for reliability and traceability).
Pump diaphragms are available in diameters from 50 mm to 400 mm and designed for high speed and frequency. Valve diaphragms cover nominal sizes from DN 8 (¼″) to DN 150 (6″). Both support pressures up to 10 bar (145 psi).
