Our Omniseal® diaphragms are molded to the final shape for valves diaphragms or thermoformed (TFM) for the pump diaphragms. In both cases, solutions are designed to fit the customer's hardware to ensure easy assembly and integration. They are designed for both low and high pressures.

Our valve diaphragms are manufactured in-house with a special tooling design in a Class 10000 clean room environment. With our expertise in the molding manufacturing process, our solutions are made with precision and mechanical integrity versus traditional hot formed processes. As a result of meticulous lot traceability and detailed testing protocol, our customers are assured that their valve diaphragm solutions will be durable and reliable.

High performance proprietary material formulations

Consisting of a family of proprietary materials that are composed primarily of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) based resins, the different grades of this high-performance polymer material have been specifically formulated to meet the needs of challenging applications and the different applicable certifications. For example, some grades were designed to be USDA, USP, and/or FDA compliant and therefore well suited for life science equipment such as harmonic scalpels or chemical analyzers.
