PFAS-Free* Polymers
High Performance Proprietary Material Formulations
Our sealing and material experts devote tremendous time and resources to engineering and testing PFAS-Free* solutions that do not compromise on functionality, reliability and precision, i.e., high stability at low temperatures, broad chemical compatibility or wear protection.
* PFAS free here means we do not intentionally add PFAS material in the product, but does not exclude the possibility of traces, as these materials are common in the environment.
Metal V-Seals
Face sealing for higher flange lift-off
This metal face sealing solution allows higher flange lift-off, a lower bolt force requirement and is highly pressure activated.

Without spring, load is between 20 and 70 N/mm
Metal E-Seals
Internal and external pressure face seals
Metal face E-Seals are engineered to operate in applications that require light loading, flexibility, and high temperature capability. The seals operate primarily within the elastic limits of the material.

Linear loads vary from as low as 20 N/mm to more than 500 N/mm seal circumference
Metal Turbo Seals
Face & Axial Turbine Shaft Seals for Flexible, Light-Load Applications
Metal turbo seals have been engineered to be used in applications that require light loading, flexibility, and high temperature capability. They can be energized by a spring to enhance the sealing performances of the seal.

3 to 30 BAR (43 to 435 PSI)
Bearings
Weight reduction & lubrication elimination
Omniseal Solutions offers a complete range of polymer bearings, which are an excellent solution to reduce weight, eliminate lubrication, and minimize maintenance. Bearings are viable, cost-effective alternatives to metal or ball bearings. They provide better vibration dampening, are corrosion-free, lightweight, and self-lubricating.

400A Spring-Energized Seals
Cantilever Spring (V-spring) Design for Dynamic Applications
This polymer seal has a cantilever spring design and is used in dynamic applications, providing good friction and leakage control at moderate pressures and temperatures. The sealing solution features a PTFE jacket energized by a corrosion resistant, v-shaped spring (jacket designed with a flange on the ends).

103A Spring-Energized Seals
Ribbon or Helical Spring Design for Static and Low Speed
These polymer seals have a ribbon spring design and are used for static/low speed applications, providing excellent leakage control at high pressure and low temperature. This sealing solution features a polymer jacket whose special shape retains the energizer spring inside the jacket cavity.
-250 to +300°C (-418 to +572°F)
UHV to 100 MPa

APS Spring-Energized Seals
Advanced Pitch Spring for Minimizing Friction
minimizing friction in dynamic applications and have a small diameter and cross section. Advanced pitch spring design compensates for hardware misalignment, eccentricity and seal wear.

Metal Comma Seals
Advanced Axial Shaft and Bore Seals
Comma axial seals used for shaft sealing and bore sealing are a further development of the axial C-Seal. The elastic recovery in radial direction is still limited, yet the leakage over the outer diameter in the case of a Comma seal is well controlled by the seating load generated by the compression of the ring part of the design.

Metal C-Seals
Face sealing for internal and external pressures
Metal face C-Seals help overcome both heat and pressure pulsating sealing challenges. The key to the seal's superior performance is the high springback characteristic due to the C-shaped construction. These highly resilient seals can be used for internal, external, and axial pressures under extreme conditions that preclude the use of gaskets made of organic materials.

high vacuum to 5,500 BAR (79770 PSI)
Approximately 250 N/mm seal circumference
Metal Spring-Energized Face Seals
C-Seal Jacket Engineered for High-Performance Sealing
This face seal is designed with a spring-energizer in a C-Seal jacket, which is a self-pressure, activated design to provide an effective metal-to-metal leak proof solution. The proper combination of the base materials and surface coatings make it possible to seal almost any fluid at extreme temperatures and pressures without deterioration of the seal over extended periods of time.
